Since it was founded, the city of Lima had a strong connection with the sea, the world trade starts in Callao Port, place where the inmigrants arrived and lived.Â
As the city expands, high class inhabitants founded the village of Chorrillos as its holiday houses during the 18th century. After the destruction caused from the war and the big earthquake of 1940 the village lost its charm and in the meantime when railroad arrives en 1870 appears a little Barranco village, that starts to grow after the war of 1879 with big houses and become one of the coolest neighbor of the city during 1940-1960.
With 20th century entering and the opening of new avenues, Miraflores and then San Isidro began its lifes, and it was until 1960s that the beaches were available to all the citizens when the road known as Costa Verde was built.

The trip can be done the whole year.
SUGGESTED ITINERARY:
Leave hotel at 9am. Arriving to La Punta Callao at 10.
Shooting of streets, the bay, birds, boats, until 12m. Snacking or lunch.
We leave Callao and we will drive along the Costa Verde beaches. A brief stop at one of the Surf Points.
Then we move to Barranco, photo walk at streets.
Around 4-5pm we will be moving to Miraflores to Puente Villena and walk to find some spot to shoot the cliffs at the end of the day.
WHAT TO TAKE?
Basically in summer (feb-mar) must use sunscreen and fresh clothes with higher temperatures of 30C, during winter (aug-sep) a windvest for temperatures of 13-15C.
LEVELS:
You may be a beginner or an expert. In case you want to learn we are able to teach you, showing tips about composition, light, and camera settings.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE?
We take the whole day and we use a private transportation.
EXTENSIONS: This trip could be longer or tailored, in case you think the time is not enough to explore the streets or add other places, we suggest two options.
1. Instead of La Punta we may take a boat ride to Palomino Islands (additional cost and subject to availability).
2. Include Palomino Islands and La Punta but must start earlier.

– We suggest to start earlier leaving hotel around 7am so we can take the day more relaxed, stopping more.

After pre booking by the web form, or contact us by whatsapp, chat or email, please send a list with names, passport numbers, tour date, meeting point and any request you think could be important, as kind of things you want to photograph, personal style, personal website, mobility issues, etc.
Remember we work only with small groups and private services.
Important:
Save the date with 90 USD. This advanced payment is not refundable if no show or by any cancellation reason and the remaining balance will be due before or at the time of the scheduled tour.
At crowdy places, for personal safety reasons is recommended to have a good backpack and never leave your stuff apart from you.
We allow any kind of cameras.
Use of sport or very confortable shoes fully recommended.
Not included meals, drinks, personal expenses, travel/accident insurance, lodging, unless we agreed to include.
Additionals:
Trips outside Lima city include the transportation. For trips in the city fully private transportation support is available under request and extra cost.
Other timing or arrangements for mobility handicap or extra assistant under request and extra cost.
Photography lessons and special requests available (ask).
Conditions:
1. For better chances to find an open date, requests and bookings must be done at least 72 hours before tour date.
2. If cancellation occurs is considered as No Show and booking advanced payment is not subject of refund.
