MORE FROM lima CITY
If you have already visited the main Centre of Lima, and want to visit some other spots of the city, this is a good choice.
Since the foundation in 1535 some small villages and farms became into districts. Oldest ones are those facing the ocean, so for this trip we will visit some of them: El Morro at the south side of the bay with the view of the city, Barranco the most classy neighborhood in the 19-20th century, Miraflores since 1950 the best modern place, Callao the port with a different mood than Lima and the nice district of La Punta in the northern extreme of the bay plus the market of Magdalena, one of the oldest districts of Lima.

This is a 9 hours photo trip exploring some places of the city and the people daily life.
SUGGESTED ITINERARY
9 am. We may start visiting the Market of Magdalena Market, one of these classic markets where we will find all kind of food and ingredients so you can learn a bit of our food while shooting pictures.
11 pm. We will drive to the port of Callao, its small main center then move to La Punta, see a bit of marine birds, its beach and boats.
If you agree we may stop a while for a lunch or a sandwich.
1 pm. Then we will go to El Morro to have a panoramic view of the city
2 pm. Then, we will go to Barranco streets, walking nearby its main central park, Bajada de Baños and Bridge of Sights.
4 pm. Before finishing the day we may finally end the day walking along the Miraflores Seafront.
The order of places may change and timing depending the location where you stay, the season, weekday or special request).
What kind of photos we may take?
Architecture, city streets, people, landscape, long exposition, and/or local activities.
What lenses are best for this trip?
An 85 mm, and 105 mm for shooting people.
A zoom 24-70 / 24-105 / 35-150 mm is good for multi-use.
On sunny days an ND2 or polarized filter, and an ND16 or ND1000 if we are in a season of sunsets and you want to shoot some long exposure. Tripod recommended.

When is best?
The trip can be done for the whole year.
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO BRING?
Basically in summer (Jan-Apr) you must use sunscreen and fresh clothes. Lima temperatures are on average 24-32C.
During winter (Jul-Oct) long sleeves and a wind vest for temperatures of 12-16C. Usually, it doesn´t rain too much (except in Aug-Sep) but bringing an extra coat for rain or cold may be helpful.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is a photo trip in street areas, we will walk slowly, trying to find interesting things for shooting.
If you cannot walk too much please tell us to modify the original plan or consider hiring a private transportation.

Booking procedure:
After pre-booking by the web form, or contact us by WhatsApp, chat or email, please send a list with names, passport numbers, tour date, meeting point and any request you think could be important, such as the kind of things you want to photograph, personal style, personal website, mobility issues, etc.
Remember we work only with small groups and private services.
Important:
Save the date with 90 USD. This advanced payment is not refundable if no show or by any cancellation reason and the remaining balance will be due before or at the time of the scheduled tour.
At crowded places, for personal safety reasons is recommended to have a good backpack and never leave your stuff apart from you.
We allow any kind of camera.
The use of sport or very comfortable shoes is fully recommended.
Not included are the meals, drinks, personal expenses, travel/accident insurance, or lodging, unless we agreed to include them.
Additionals:
Trips outside Lima City include transportation. For trips in the city fully private transportation support is available under request and extra cost.
Other timing or arrangements for mobility handicaps or extra assistant under request and extra cost.
Photography lessons and special requests available (ask).
Conditions:
1. For better chances to find an open date, requests and bookings must be done at least 72 hours before the tour date.
2. If cancellation occurs is considered as No Show and booking advanced payment is not subject to refund.
