We deliver one or more days photo trips in Lima and Peru, not only to the classic touristic crowdy areas, but to explore streets and lifestyle, and depending the season there are many different places in the countryside where we may shoot nature and landscapes, learning on the way a bit more about life and history not covered in tourism books.
You are invited to know a bit more of Peru with your lenses.
Lima is a city that can be visited the whole year, and common places for shooting lifestyle and old buildings are the main historical center and the district of Barranco, but lima is not only a city. During our winter months (May to November) the coastline is usually covered by grey clouds, with very flat but smooth light for shooting, but it makes easier to walk without the heath we have in summer when we have the chance to shot wonderful sunsets and blue hours.
But as I told you, Lima is not only a city, far from the streets we have many special places to go, to watch birds, walk on hills and valleys, visit ruins or fishermen places from a single day to multi days photo trips in the Andes or the coast of Lima.
Same happens in Peru, as a very diverse country, is important to plan to travel from April to November if your goal is Andes, Jungle and desert. But if you want to go to near snowcapes or higher mountains avoid June to August (too cold and some roads gets closed). And in the coast 90% sunny days are from January to March with rains in the Andes usually (not ever) stronger in January.
We have been in many regions of the country, as Cusco, Puno, Arequipa, Nasca, Paracas, Trujillo, Chachapoyas, Tarapoto, etc. so if you need some recommendations or plan a longer trip, please count with us.
Finally cities are our starting point but most of them we have places of nature and living culture. It will depend on how far you want to take your camera with you.
