This photo tour in the coast of Lima covers the city’s southern side, in some natural, rural and beach areas.
Starting from Lima to Pucusana, a very well known fishermen´s bay we will take a boat ride along the bay, to see some birds and people working on daily activities connected with the sea and fishing. After the experience we move back to Lima and if there is time enough we may go to San Bartolo Beach.

After the experience we move back to Lima and if there is time enough we may go to San Bartolo Beach.

SUGGESTED ITINERARY
07:00 Leave the hotel. Trip to Pucusana Bay.
07:30 Brief stop at Chorrillos Salto del Fraile to see fishermen.
10:00 am Arriving to Pucusana for a Boat ride in the bay shooting boats, fishermen and some birds or seawolves. Back on the ground we will take a walk by the port.
12:30 Departure back to Lima.
13:30 Lunch time at Punta Hermosa or San Bartolo (spends not included).
15:00 Return to Lima
16:00 Arrival.
what kind of photos we MAY take?
Landscapes and some birds, people, and/or local activities.
what lenses are best for this trip?
A wide angle for landscapes (under 24 mm).
A tele if you want to shoot some action (200 mm +).
A zoom 24-70 / 24-105 / 35-150 mm good for multi use.
On sunny days a ND2 or polarized filter, and a ND16 or ND1000 if we are in a season of sunsets and you want to shoot some long exposure. Tripod recommended.
when is best?
The trip can be done for the whole year.
The boat and ride and fishermens activities subject to weather or tide conditions.
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO BRING?
Trekking shoes are recommended.
Basically in summer (Jan-Apr) you must use sunscreen and fresh clothes. Lima temperatures are in average 24-32C.
During winter (Jul-Oct) long sleeves and a wind vest for temperatures of 12-16C. Usually, it doesn´t rain too much (except in Aug-Sep) but bringing an extra coat for rain or cold may be helpful.

Booking procedure:
After pre-booking by the web form, or contact us by WhatsApp, chat or email, please send a list with names, passport numbers, tour date, meeting point and any request you think could be important, such as the kind of things you want to photograph, personal style, personal website, mobility issues, etc.
Remember we work only with small groups and private services.
Important:
Save the date with 50% of the price. This advanced payment is not refundable if no show or by any cancellation reason and the remaining balance will be due before or at the time of the scheduled tour.
At crowded places, for personal safety reasons is recommended to have a good backpack and never leave your stuff apart from you.
We allow any kind of camera.
The use of sport or very comfortable shoes is fully recommended.
We do not include main meals, drinks, personal expenses, also you should hire a travel insurance. Lodging is included on specified tours.
Additionals:
Trips outside Lima City include transportation.
Other timing on schedule or special arrangements for mobility handicaps under request and possibly extra cost.
Photography lessons and special requests available (ask).
Conditions:
1. For better chances to find an open date, requests and bookings must be done at least 72 hours before the tour date, better with a week in advance.
2. If cancellation occurs is considered as No Show and booking advanced payment is not subject to refund.
