Our Workflow & Delivery
Shooting Style
- We work primarily with natural light to capture authentic, vibrant moments. Our toolkit includes 85mm, 40mm, and 18mm lenses, giving us flexibility for portraits, wide shots, and creative angles. If you’d like instant photos during the session, we can also use your phone for quick, shareable images.
Post‑Production
- After the shoot, every image goes through a careful process:
- • Downloading and organizing files
- • Cropping and noise reduction
- • Adjusting light and shadow
- • Applying a clean, natural colorization through batch editing
- • No Photoshop retouching
This workflow typically takes 3–4 hours. Depending on the time of day we shoot, your gallery will be uploaded and shared via Google Drive by the following day.
Final Delivery
- You’ll receive all the images produced and ready to show, delivered in two formats:
- • High resolution (approx. 4000 × 3000 px) for printing or detailed viewing
- • Instagram‑ready vertical format (1080 × 1380 px) for easy sharing online
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- If you require extra production services—such as facial detail retouching, special colorization, effects, or photo editing—the rate will vary depending on your request.
- Video production is also available. As it involves a different visual language, a videographer, drone operator, and editor must be included, and costs will be quoted accordingly.
- Transportation is not included. Costs will depend on the duration of the shoot and the chosen locations.
Production & Pre‑Production
To enhance production quality, we can provide additional services such as a lighting assistant, flash equipment, makeup specialist, or any other resources we consider necessary depending on the type of service you request. These will be quoted separately.
When is best?
This photo shooting can be done for the whole year.
Summertime is from Jan to March or April (consider the weather to choose the best hours)
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO BRING?
Basically in summer (Jan-Apr) you must use sunscreen and fresh clothes. Lima temperatures are on average 24-32C.
During winter (Jul-Oct) long sleeves and a wind vest for temperatures of 12-16C. Usually, it doesn´t rain too much (except in Aug-Sep) but bringing an extra coat for rain or cold may be helpful.

TRANSPORTATION IS NOT INCLUDED, neither meals, entrance fees, local/official guides on sites, tips. If transportation is required it will be quote at request.

Booking procedure:
After pre-booking by the web form, or contact us by WhatsApp, chat or email, please send a list with names, passport numbers, tour date, meeting point and any request you think could be important, such as the kind of things you want to photograph, personal style, personal website, mobility issues, etc.
Remember we work only with small groups and private services.
Important:
Save the date with 50% of the price. This advanced payment is not refundable if no show or by any cancellation reason and the remaining balance will be due before or at the time of the scheduled tour.
At crowded places, for personal safety reasons is recommended to have a good backpack and never leave your stuff apart from you.
We allow any kind of camera.
The use of sport or very comfortable shoes is fully recommended.
We do not include main meals, drinks, personal expenses, also you should hire a travel insurance. Lodging is included on specified tours.
Additionals:
Trips outside Lima City include transportation.
Other timing on schedule or special arrangements for mobility handicaps under request and possibly extra cost.
Photography lessons and special requests available (ask).
Conditions:
1. For better chances to find an open date, requests and bookings must be done at least 72 hours before the tour date, better with a week in advance.
2. If cancellation occurs is considered as No Show and booking advanced payment is not subject to refund.
